push ups were hard, stuck to sets of 5 with rest between to hit total
liked the weight on the power clean, clean might be tough to hit @ that weight
dead lifted 165 lbs, that's a 100 lb gain in about a week! Thank you Zone?
Diet is going well. Thanks to some advice I am going to start a Zone/Paleo effort. Cutting the oatmeal from morning routine and sucking it up...sticking to eggs. Also going to start cutting cheese as a snack and the yogurt fetish. I have a strong desire to get real serious about my training. Thank goodness I am surrounded by hard, determined workers!
